Warranty Terms for Skagit Home Repairs
Workmanship Warranty for New Roof Replacement: Skagit Home Repairs LLC guarantees the workmanship of new roof replacements for a period of 10 years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers any defects in the workmanship of the installed roof.
Roof Repair Services: Please note that roof repairs are not covered by a workmanship warranty due to the nature of such repairs.
Workmanship Warranty for Other Services: For services other than roof replacements, Skagit Home Repairs LLC offers a workmanship warranty valid for 6 months (183 days) from the date of project completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality workmanship.
General Provisions:
All services performed will adhere to the terms of this agreement, relevant building codes, and standard industry practices.
The only product warranty available is that provided by the manufacturer, where applicable. Skagit Home Repairs LLC does not offer any additional product warranties.
The warranties provided by Skagit Home Repairs LLC are exclusive, superseding all other warranties, remedies, or liabilities, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These are hereby disclaimed.
Warranty Void Conditions:
Warranties will be considered void if full payment is not received, or if any unauthorized modifications, services, or adjustments are made to the work performed.
Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase and a copy of this agreement must be presented.
All claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period.
Any issues that are neglected and not promptly reported, which then result in further damage, will not be covered under this warranty.
